Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions or spot an issue with your product, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.

Please note that we are a small independent business that makes everything in small batches by hand, therefore your product may not be perfect in colour, and some changes to scent are expected among batches.

We will accept the return of an unused product within 14 days of purchase. Once we have received the returned item, we will process a full refund (excluding shipping). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Please provide receipt of purchase. Returned items must be delivered to us unused and in the original packaging and condition. If not, they may not be eligible for refund.

Queens & Bees

The return of queens & bees is only accepted if they are returned alive and by royal mail special delivery within 14 days of receiving. Any returns outside of this time are at our discretion. – Please visit terms and conditions for the sale of bees for full information.

Dan Woz Honeybees Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch items as soon as we receive your order, usually within 1-2 working days.

Orders under 2kg in weight are usually sent via Royal Mail 48hr service whilst heaver items will be sent via one of our couriers - DPD, UPS or APC Overnight UK.

If you have not received your order after 5 working days please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the products to the address you have provided and the products will be yours from that time.
For orders outside the UK, please contact us for a delivery quote as overseas orders are charged at cost on a direct weight and size basis.

Items Damaged In Transit

Although every effort is taken to ensure that our parcels are well packaged when they leave our warehouse, accidents do occasionally happen. If an item you have received arrives broken or damaged in any way, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please contact us with clear pictures of the damaged items and we will investigate fully to resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible. 

We only ship queens and bees within Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales).

Orders are shipped Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm. Royal Mail Terms and Conditions apply to the shipping services. 

Queens and bees can be collected from us only by prior arrangement (please indicate in order notes).
