Our small batch speciality Heather Honey is foraged on the Ling and Bell moors in August, producing a thick amber coloured honey with a strong, rich and aromatic floral flavour. Heather Honey has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties with high levels of antioxidants and manganese. Raw and pure from the hive to the jar, unpasteurised and lightly filtered maintaining the natural enzymes, pollen and micronutrients just as
nature intended….
